This unusual and irregularly difficult year is slowly approaching to its end. We think that we can look back upon the recent past months by taking delight in having accomplished a wor-thy and valuable period. The Grabarics Group has always attributed importance to the as-sumption of social responsibility.
In Fényeslitke (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County), the East-West Gate (EWG) intermodal combi terminal is built by Grabarics Ltd, on an approx. 125 hectare area.

Our company was selected as the main contractor (to carry our full designing and general implementation) by the CHS Hungary Ltd.With its 1700 m2 floor area the new warehouse hall will be directly connected to the existing logistics base of the company, and it is expected to be completed by the summer of 2022.
The building containing 60 apartments is located in District XV at the heart of Rákospalota just opposite the city hall. It was created as part of the real estate development efforts conducted by the Grabarics Development Ltd.
During the trip starting from Budapest, the students were given an insight into the operation of the reinforced concrete prefabrication plant, and were able to gain theoretical information about the advantages of prefabricated elements and the diversity of technical solutions.

In December 2021, Szeged was enriched with a large-scale facility when the Szeged Multifunctional Handball Hall (also known as the PICK Aréna) was inaugurated. The complete prefabricated structure of the sports centre was designed and the elements were manufactured and installed on site by Grabarics Reinforced Concrete.
Grabarics Development’s project under preparation will be a 5-apartment condominium at 16 Kapy Street, Pasarét, Budapest, District II. The preliminary design works are currently underway.
