A special building rises several meters away from Andrássy street. A demolished palace with its façade supported with iron beams. A hotel was meant to stand here once; civil engineering works were finished in 2011 but the site had been abandoned in the meantime.
The RC structure of the facility had been constructed by our company up to “zero floor level”.
We report with pleasure now that the fate of the semi-finished building under Eötvös street 12 turns in the right direction, since Triptara Hungária Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft. has contracted our company for erecting a 4-star hotel building with 93 guest rooms, including the expansion of the started basement levels and the partly retained façade wall.
The Eötvös street reflects almost completely the cityscape of Budapest more than 100 years ago. The street façade of the hotel building was erected originally in 1885 and is under partial monument protection, therefore, we shall retain the original façade of the former building in the course of implementing the project.
