Blessing or curse The construction industry is booming

It is not new that within the economy as such the construction industry was one of the victims of the crisis a few years ago.

The major challenge was that time to preserve our resources. This trend has been reversed to date. The economic growth and the expansion postponed in earlier years as well as several measures of the government triggered an investment wave in the field of industrial and residential building. This has given a big impetus to the profitability of the branch; nevertheless, it also has concomitant symptoms that a responsible entity must not neglect.

Rather than the volume of orders, the high-quality skilled and trained workforce has become the bottleneck today. Fluctuation has grown and the labor supply has been diluted in the sector. Generally speaking, not only less people are available for a given task in the construction industry today but their qualification and sense of responsibility is often rather poor, as well. All this could easily lead to inferior quality. Since our policy is not only to maintain but permanently improve the standards of our work, we have taken steps to compensate the above effects. We train our staff on a regular basis, have reinforced quality control, and make efforts to retain our workforce. We believe that the earlier and the current, rather extreme relations in the construction industry will soon embark on a sound and stable growth track, and in the meantime we have to behave with increased responsibility towards both our customers and our employees.
