Construction continues with the erection of the monolithic reinforced concrete struc-ture of wings “C” and “D”, which means the construction of another 154 apartments in addition to the 174 ones handed over at the end of May.

On the ground floor of the three-level building, specialised classrooms and on the first floor five classrooms and changing rooms were established.

The new building with a useful area of 1,480 m2 consisting of a cellar level, 3 residen-tial levels and a loft level will be linked to the ground floor of the existing educational institution with a connection corridor.

Under the direction of one of the biggest Hungarian private real estate developers, i.e. Biggeorge Property Plc, the Biggeorge 4 Real Estate Developing Investment Fund shall start implementa-tion of Phase 3 of the Sasad Liget Condominium in District 11 of Budapest, within the premises at 8 Beregszász Street. The right to implement the project was awarded to Grabarics Construc-tions Ltd.

As a result of our cooperation with the ALDI chain store through over 3 years, we re-ceived a new assignment to install exhibition bakeries in the existing ALDI stores.
